You'll find machines in both English and Spanish, along with both wired and wireless connections available at the internet cafe at the Paraiso California Realty Office across from Nava Hardware on the highway. Also, there are at least two other internet cafes in the San Juan Barrio and Pescadero...machines in spanish.
A lot of folks have tried to purchase Starband or DirecWaysatellites in the states and bring them down here to use, sadly with poor results. Aiming the dishes is tough, and we're too far south for good reception on the cheapo dishes used it the states. There are mobile systems from both vendors but beware, you need the heavyduty stuff.
